  • We provide due diligence assessments for funders and institutions supporting partners across the Mekong Region. These reviews can be one-off spot checks, pre-funding assessments, or ongoing organizational health reviews.

    When risks or gaps are identified, governance, financial systems, safeguarding, or compliance MEI extends support through targeted capacity building. We help local and grassroots organizations strengthen systems so they can maintain eligibility for international funding and continue delivering critical work.
